A Cleaner Way to Install Floors
Let’s face it: floor installation can be a messy project. But, the mess that you’re thinking of isn’t even the worst part. With standard installation, dust and other particles are often left behind and then covered by the new floor. Nothing may appear to be messy, but over time bacteria, mold, and mildew start to grow underneath. As you can imagine, this is not good for the health of you and your family.
To combat this issue, Bachmeier Carpet One offers the Healthier Living Installation (HLI). HLI is highly specialized and is a much healthier and cleaner installation process. Our installers vacuum the subfloor with a HEPA vacuum, which eliminates 99% of dust and other particles. The installers then apply HealthinEx Antimicrobial Treatment before actually installing the floor. This water-based treatment minimizes irritants, dust, and odors, and stops bacteria, mold, and mildew from growing. The treatment is perfectly safe, and it has been registered with the EPA and meets Indoor Air & Surface Quality Standards. After the floor is installed, our installers vacuum again with the HEPA vacuum to ensure that no particles are left behind. What results is the healthiest and cleanest installation process available today.
The HLI process is a tested system that cannot be replicated. Simply vacuuming the subfloor before installing the floor will not protect against bacteria, mold, and mildew. Only using the HEPA vacuum and applying the HealthinEx Antimicrobial Treatment can eliminate those dangerous particles.
